All your channels, one coherent organisation
Omnichannel logistics: all your channels, one integrated organisation
Beyond each channel taken separately, our expertise lies in running several distribution models side by side in the same logistics environment: pooling resources where it makes sense, while meeting the specific requirements of each channel.
Multichannel inventory management: what we take care of
- Shared or dedicated stock: one physical stock shared across channels, or differentiated availability
- Allocation management: priorities, reservations and stock allocation rules by channel
- Differentiated processes: picking, checks, packing and shipping adapted to each destination
- Click & collect and ship to store: online orders picked in our warehouses and delivered to the store for customer collection
- Ship from store: online orders shipped from a store's stock, with returns processed in our warehouses
- Flow consolidation: grouping orders bound for the same destination
- B2B and B2C side by side: single-unit and large orders on the same platform

Frequently asked questions
What is omnichannel logistics?
It is the logistics organisation that serves all of a brand's channels — e-commerce site, stores, marketplaces, resellers — from a shared stock and information system.
What is ship to store?
The customer orders online and collects the parcel in the store of their choice. The order is picked in our warehouses, then delivered to the store, usually with its regular replenishment: no home-delivery fees for the customer, and a store visit for the retailer. We run this flow end to end, from picking to tracking delivery to the store.
What is ship from store?
The online order is shipped directly from a store's stock rather than from the warehouse. Store stock becomes available for online sales: fewer stock-outs, faster deliveries and less unsold stock at the end of the season. We help you set it up: carrier labels and pick-ups, stock synchronisation and store replenishment. Returns from these orders are received and processed in our warehouses: inspection, regrading and restocking.
What is the benefit of a single stock?
It avoids duplicating products across channels: less tied-up stock, fewer stock-outs and better availability, online and in store.
