What defines us

Independence

L4 Logistics is majority-owned by its CEO and senior managers. The company is profitable, has low debt and a stable management team.

Loyal teams

Low staff turnover and an absenteeism rate half the industry average; a dedicated account manager for each client.

Shared resources

More than 25 clients on multi-client platforms: resources are shared where it makes sense, which reduces logistics costs.

Contractual commitments

Capacity, lead times, inventory management, traceability and service levels are set at the highest standards and guaranteed by contract.

Corporate social responsibility

More responsible logistics

Reducing the impact of our operations is part of our commitment to performance: less packaging and waste, less energy, and a second life for products that cannot be sold.

Reused and recycled packaging

Suppliers' cartons are reused for shipping whenever possible; we favour recycled, recyclable or bio-based packaging and void fill.

A second life for products

Defective or unsold products, such as textiles, cosmetics or electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), are directed to appropriate recycling, refurbishment or donation channels.

Low-energy lighting

Our warehouses are fitted with low-energy LED lighting, controlled according to the activity of each area.

Waste sorting and recovery

Cardboard, plastic film and pallets are sorted at source and sent to recovery channels; pallets are repaired and reused.

Optimised shipping

Consolidated shipments, parcels sized to the products to avoid shipping empty space, and carriers offering low-carbon solutions.

Paperless exchanges

Orders, delivery notes and reporting flow through EDI, APIs and the @my_L4 extranet, with no unnecessary printing.

The human side

  • A gender equality index of 89/100
  • Low staff turnover and an absenteeism rate half the industry average
  • Team safety and training, overseen by our QHSE experts
