L4 Logistics attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data, which is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data collected and purposes
- Contact form: identity, business contact details and a description of your project, to answer your request and send you a proposal (legal basis: pre-contractual measures). Retention: 3 years from the last contact.
- Proposals from suppliers and service providers: identity, business contact details, company presentation and offer, to review commercial proposals (legal basis: legitimate interest). Retention: 3 years from the last contact.
- Job applications: identity, contact details, CV and cover letter, to manage recruitment (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and consent). Retention: 2 years maximum from the last contact.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for the sales and HR teams of L4 Logistics and its technical subcontractors (hosting, e-mail delivery), whose transfers outside the European Union are covered by appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or European Commission standard contractual clauses):
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting, form processing and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile);
- Resend (United States, sending from the European Union): delivery of the e-mails generated by the forms;
- Google Ireland Ltd (YouTube): video playback, only if you have accepted external content.
Cookies and trackers
In accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the recommendations of the CNIL, cookies that are not strictly necessary for the website to work are only set with your consent. This website sets no advertising cookies and does not currently use any audience measurement tool.

Until you have accepted external content, no data is sent to YouTube: the video thumbnail is hosted on our website. Cookies set by YouTube are governed by Google's privacy policy ; you can delete them in your browser settings.
